Valuing and conserving your environment is a noble idea. You might live longer in a pollution free environment. A prudent businessperson must use environment-friendly products such as organic bags. Some of the materials essential for organic bags are:

Organic cotton

Jute

Canvas

Hemp

Bamboo

There is increasing awareness on the use of eco-friendly organic bags. Many people prefer organic bags to the synthetic ones. The organic bags have cotton component as a naturally occurring material. Natural occurring elements are generally eco-friendly and recyclable. Many people acknowledge organic cotton bags as environmental-friendly products.

Renewable cotton undergoes treatment. Mixing it with other materials such as canvas that is makes it durable. Manufacturers recycle cotton remnants crop up during the process of making canvas bags. These bags are more expensive than the non-recycled cotton bags. This is because the recycling process requires much labor force. Natural cotton grows without using artificial fertilizer or insecticide. It also thrives well on a fallow or virgin land free from chemicals. This is raw cotton grown organically thus referred to as organic cotton.

The other material essential for organic bags is the jute. It is a glittery and durable vegetable fiber found in India and Bangladesh. It is recyclable and renewable. It makes beautiful and long-lasting eco-friendly organic bags.

Hemp too makes good organic bags. It is resilient and has been in use for hundreds of years. It the best eco-friendly plant compared to other fibers. It does not require artificial fertilizers for it to thrive well.
Do you consider buying a bag made from bamboo? It is quite amazing. Bamboo plant matures rapidly in woodlands. It is a sustainable natural fiber essential for making environment-friendly products. It is in constant supply. It is renewable thus good for making organic bags.

Fair trade food is very economical and efficient for trading. Traders who rely on these types of foodstuffs operate on the safe side. They are not high perishable foods that can go to waste when not sold to consumers. The range of these foodstuffs is unlimited. They range from beverages to cereals and fruits.
Fair trade foods are environment friendly.

Several factors contribute to these foods being preferred for trading. Though the main factor is because they are environment friendly, the following factors play a major role.

Thy are non perishable good

Fair trade food does not go to waste easily. These qualities make the foods be stored for long before decomposing. The preservatives added to these foods also enhance their durability. These preservatives are encouraged to beverages because they are made using more than one ingredient.

Moisture content

The moisture content in these foods is very low. This prevents them from developing moulds. Mould infection makes the food unsuitable for consumption because it can lead to severe consequences. Therefore, they can be stored for long before developing this bacterial.

The numerous types of environment friendly foods help in keeping the environment clean and safe. Environment pollution is not evident in most cases. Foods that are not environment friendly pollute the air once they decompose. To avoid engaging into business that will result to loss people opt to the use of these foods.

The packaging of fair trade food makes it last for long before going to waste. Inmost cases the packets used to hold these foods are water resistant packages. This prevents moisture from getting into the preserved food. Most food bacterial form easily when food is exposed to excessive moisture. To avoid it being disposed before its expiry date these packages are encouraged.

Self-cleaning glasses requires water to drain away particles that have attached themselves on the surface of the glass. Not all glasses are able to wash away the particles that accumulate on it. These accumulations make the glasses appear dull and translucent especially to the clear glasses. Cleaning up these glasses is easy if the water used is not repellant.

Factors that may affect self-cleaning glasses

Several factors contribute to the efficiency of self-cleaning glasses. Using the right cleaning agents makes the work easy and efficient. Self-cleaning glasses reduce the work of employing cleaners who do it at a price.

Lotus effect is one of the factors that contribute to making the exercise difficult and inefficient. This is due to high repellency of the water used to clean the glasses. If the water is repellant doing away with the dirty particles, become difficult. Water compatibility between the particles and the water is very weak. This is because the adhesive forces are weak.

It is difficult to clean glasses coated with bionic paints. The glasses cannot hold water for a few minutes. These paints are water repellant therefore cleaning becomes difficult.

The use of these paints also enhances light efficiency. Direct sunlight is not able to crack the glasses. Moist accumulation during winter season is not possible due to its repellant ability.

The use of self-cleaning glasses comes with a wide range of benefits to its users. To start with, they are time saving and economical. This is because one does not need to clean them regularly. Using them also helps in reducing noise pollution. The double gazed glasses make the exercise possible and efficient. The gazed glasses also offer security to homeowners and office users.Climate control is possible because they are suitable in any form of whether.

Clothes are very important to human beings. This is because of the warmth they offer and cover people completely. Lotus effects and bionics are some of the biological methods in nature.Bionics helps in the study and designing of engineering systems. Some clothes usually adapt to the change of temperature very fast and easily. The clothes can be made of cotton, nylon or even polyamide. Most clothes have the lotus effects and they do not leave the sticky effects on a person’s body.

You can get a doctor advising you to wear certain types of clothes. One of the reasons that the doctor prescribes certain clothes is because of the effect that the materials have on the body

When exercising the doctor can tell you to use loss clothes and others made with certain materials. This is aimed in reducing the lotus effect.

Some of the materials that we wear might have a different reaction to the skin. This is why the doctors can recommend certain cloths for you if you have a problem with your skin.

To reduce the lotus effect on the body, you are advised not to use cloths that do not contain nylon or polyester. This is enforced when you are exercising because you need to leave the body free for the skin to breath.

Other clothes help keep us warm and protect us from other dangerous things. In order to be safe you should know what material that fits all your body requirements. The sticking effects that some of these clothes have makes people uncomfortable. This is why people need to select cloths carefully.

When choosing clothes check on the label to find out the material used to make them. This will help you a long way in getting cloths that will last long and do not affect you.

Our current world is embracing the art of producing environmental-friendly products. This is evident especially in the fashion industry. Various eco-friendly fabric makes are emerging here and there. One of the greatest materials known to create sustainable fashion is cotton. Designers are now coming up with wonderful cotton clothes.

Why use Natural Cotton?

All over the universe, cotton is among the most comfortable fabrics available. Designers are making cotton popular by producing many beautiful designs of organic cotton clothes. Customers and sellers are promoting and embracing these apparels as sustainable, ethical and as an environmentally friendly choice.

Cotton is the softest textile fabric worn and is breathable. Many love cotton as designers use it to make any kind of clothing. Designers use it to create t-shirts and skinny jeans.

Cotton keeps the human body cool in the season of summer. Likewise, since cotton is a very good conductor of heat, it acts as an insulator in times of winter to keep the body warm.

When it comes to dying, cotton is the easiest fabric to do so and this makes it awesomely popular among fashion designers.

The organic cotton fibers grow in the absence of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides and chemical herbicides. This is to avoid any harm of any sort to the environment. They grow in areas that various control measures taken to restore the natural fertility of the soil are evident. They grow in areas that lack synthetic chemicals for a period of not less than three years.

These measures ensure that the local ecosystem does not face exposure to harmful chemicals like pesticides. This ensures that the area where cotton is grown is very environmentally friendly. Cotton clothes are very abundant and purchasing is in every store worldwide.

The leaves of the lotus flower, Nelumbo, are unique. They exhibit a very high water repellency known as the lotus effect. The forces of adhesion are minimal in this case. This is because the water droplets collect the dust particles on the surfaces. The effect is clear when it comes to the wings of certain insects and in some plants.

Some of the plants include columbine, tropaeolum and cane. Nanotechnologists have come up with fabrics, treatments, roof tiles, coatings and paints that apply the principle of the lotus leaf. They can clean themselves and keep themselves free of moisture. The principle of the environment is into place to keep our surrounding very clean.

Importance of the lotus effect

For a long period, the medical diagnostic slides have applied this tactic. You can achieve the lotus effect by using sucrose, polythene glycol and glucose together with hydrophobic substances. Marketing of this effect is mostly through the self-cleaning glasses in the sensors of traffic control units. The lotus effect greatly reduces the effect of building up of snow and ice.

It also plays an important role to reduce the rain fade in the rainy season. The slides on the microscopes also apply the same principle hence the viewing of the various stuff is very easy. The lotus effect has made companies to make windscreens on the cars. The materials made out of this inspiration to enable them to be clean all the time and pure.

The paints and spray-on really maintain their color since they do not get dirty. It leaves the area where a person sprays into looking very sparkling. When water droplets drop on them, they undergo a wonderful wash as the dirt moves with it. This is because they repel water. The lotus effect is the future of cleanliness in the universe now.

Acid rain is type of rainfall, which is both dry and wet and is acidic in nature. Precipitations (e.g. Snow, sleet or rain) with PH level of less than 4.0 qualifies to be an acidic rain. Acid rain forms because of emissions from industries and vehicles. The emissions contain sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides that rise up to the earth’s atmosphere and reacts to form acid.

The effects of acid rain on environment and ecological phenomena

Atmospheric pollution resulting to rainfall that have less than 4.0 ph level meaning it contains high level of acid. Lower values are recorded in industrial areas. This has forced the creation of smokestacks that absorbs the emissions. The main causes of acid rains are fossil fuels, industrial waste, volcanic eruptions, emissions from electricity generating plants and wildfires. When they are released to the atmosphere, they combine with acid producing gases to form acid rains.

Ecological damage is also an effect of acid rain. This is because the gases will go for longer distances before converting.

It affects forests, soil (growth of plants) and other organism that exist in different ecosystems including human health.

It has an effect on historical monuments and structures because the rain contains sulfuric which corrodes marble, granite, limestone and sandstone.

There are various methods, are used to prevent occurrence of acid rain together with long lasting solutions. People should be educated on the effects of the acid rain and its causes, which can be avoided. When individuals are aware of the causes and solutions the effects are reduced with great percentage. Preventive measures can be use of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) which filters sulfur gases and it neutralizes the acids to a neutral level. The emissions from automobiles that contain nitrogen oxide can be controlled to reduce the effects of excess gases in the atmosphere.

Polar ice caps melting are ecological phenomena that results from the effect of global warming. According to research, this phenomenon comes with various effects on the environment. Some of the effects are very helpful to enhance the life of living beings.

Effects of polar ice caps melting

It results to the rising of sea levels around the world. This effect is currently prominent near coastal regions below sea level. Several communities that were initially over the sea level now face problems that occur beneath the sea level. Among the victims, include residents of various European cities. Complete melting of the polar ice caps results to a significant increase of sea levels. Scientific research shows that if the entire polar ice melts, oceans too rise by numerous feet. In most cases, the extra water penetrates several miles inland. This results into the need for populations at the coastal areas to shift away.

The additional water from melting ends up into more clouds or water vapor. Because of the clouds, the earth remains very cool and at times, it refreezes the caps.

As huge fresh water quantities enters the ocean, the level of salt lowers. This is a common exercise at the north of the Atlantic Ocean. Water warms at the south and finds its way towards the north. As it shifts, water at the surface continues to cool. The salts do not freeze but sinks down the ocean and starts circulating back to the south. Eventually, a sea breeze occurs.

As the world warms, it results to an expansion of derelict land on earth. Polar ice caps melting can cause the atmosphere to be very humid causing rains on such arid regions. This element helps to reclaim a lot of land that was initially a waste. Many people can thus be able to build their own homes and cultivate more crops for consumption.

Bees come depending with the seasonal changes. They are extinct to the environment. Extinction of bees is the end of their organisms of the group. This is usually the death of the last species of the insects. Determination of the moment is very difficult because of the potential range being large.

Extinction of bees depends on the environmental influence and ecological phenomena. The bees tend to move from one place to another but most of them do not survive at all. Only few among the group are left. This is because of the species being unable to survive and reproduce in its environment.

The genetic factors of the extinction of bees

It is possible for the species to die completely because of harsh environmental calamities. This also can be because of toxic pollution rendering the entire habitat making it not conducive for the bees. The extinction of bees can also occur due to competition for food. This is due to gradual loses and death so striving for survival.

The extinction debt is when the species like the bees go extinct after along time of being in motion. This occurs due to the events that set the bees in motion. This environmental influence and ecological phenomena are easy to compare with the genetic factors. The causes of the extinction are easy to compare with the nature-nurture debate. Most of the population genetics and the phenomena affect the evolution of the bees. Therefore, there is a risk in the extinction of bees.

The less geographic ranges are very necessary for the extinction to occur and rise up. Natural selection is the beneficial genetic character. The natural selection tends to eliminate the weakness of the species. Most of the organic environmental farming affects the honeybees. The bees tend to disappear completely and become extinct. This occurs due to the deforestation thus affecting the environment and economic consequences. The extinction of bees is because of the loss of shelter and even the food for the bees.
